This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate interested in joining a high potential organization.<br/><br/><b>Responsibilities:</b><br/>The SSE is a full time, outside sales professional who is responsible for growing profitable revenue by selling the Xerox portfolio of solutions, services and products in both existing and non-user accounts. This requires the ability to:*Manage the entire sales cycle across customer accounts, engaging specialists as needed.<br/>- Articulate and position the full spectrum of Xerox products, services, and solutions to key departmental decision makers.<br/>- Develop relationships beyond procurement/administrative contacts to top-level decision makers across all functions of a given business.<br/>- Propose and close sales that achieve total revenue growth, profit, and customer satisfaction plans.<br/>- Aggressively pursue competitive accounts and differentiate Xerox solutions/services from competitors.<br/>- Identify, sell and support incremental, value-add solutions and services in existing accounts.<br/>- Participate with the Sales Operations account team in strategic account planning and monitoring team progress against revenue and profit targets.<br/><br/><b>Requirements:</b><br/>*BS/BA degree in business and/or technology, or equivalent experience.<br/>- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.<br/>- Personal drive and internal motivation toward high achievement.<br/>- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team-oriented environment.<br/>- Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability; willingness to take risks and try new approaches.<br/>- Ability to influence, negotiate and gain commitment at all organizational levels.<br/>- Ability to manage the lifecycle of complex sales cycles.<br/>- Ability to close business-to-business sales for solutions, services and products.<br/>- Credible knowledge of relevant systems and technologies.<br/>- Ability to optimize the balance of time spent on critical, customer-facing activities versus administrative activities that decrease sales productivity.<br/>- Proficiency in using the internet for research.<br/>- Proficiency using MS Office applications, e.g., PowerPoint, in communications and presentations.Drawing on diversity of a global workforce and offering an equal opportunity to achieve success.EOE M/F/D/V]]></description>

In this direct selling position, you will plan and implement strategies to sell Office Color, Departmental Digital and Light Production products and services in the office environment to achieve revenue growth (quota) and customer satisfaction plans. . Demonstrate subject matter expertise in assigned product areas, including Office Color, DocuShare, Document Centre software, and other digital applications. . Provide office software / solutions expertise to the Services &amp; Solutions Executive (SSE) for Multiple unit opportunities . Understand customers key business, document processes and office applications in identified large opportunities . Collaborate with SSE, and other specialists on development and execution of account strategies . Support Account Managers in prospect development, sales calls, product demos, proposal and bid preparation, and delivery of 'C' level (CIO, CFO, etc.) presentations. . Take responsibility for closing business . Deliver sales activity levels sufficient to support overachievement, territory coverage and 100% customer satisfaction for the full range of products and services supported. . Presentation and selling skills at executive levels required<br/><br/><b>Requirements:</b><br/> . BS/BA degree in business or relevant experience. . Proven consultative sales and account management experience. System selling experience preferred. . Proficient knowledge of (or aptitude to master) network printing environments and network software. . Knowledge of departmental, digital and light lens markets, product positioning and competition. . Knowledge of LAN's, Client Server environments, operating systems and PDL's. . Knowledge of Reproduction Departments of Graphic Arts environment is a plus. . Results oriented with excellent record of success (overachievement of sales quota, top sales ranking, awards, achievement recognition). . Accepted leader with ability to achieve, motivate, drive performance, and train. . Ability to articulate products, services and solutions to meet customer requirements . Excellent negotiating and closing skills. . Excellent presentation, demonstration, written, and verbal communication skills.
