Job Description:

Xerox Global Servicesa division of Xerox provides consulting and outsourcing services that help companies streamline document-related processes, we help companies take a fresh look at the way they do business and offer custom solutions that make them more efficient, cost-effective and secure.


Responsibilities:

  • Drive incremental volume to the Xerox Managed Services print site by:
  • championing internal sales and marketing initiatives,
  • facilitating the blending and eventual transition of offset printed documents to digital platforms,
  • facilitating the transition of static documents to personalized documents,
  • facilitating the redesign of monochrome documents to 4color-digital,
  • transitioning warehoused/inventoried documents to "print on demand.”
  • Develop FreeFlow WebServices document and process templates that:
    demonstrates the value of FreeFlow Web Services technology and helps drive customer adoption of the technology, leverages FreeFlow WebService capabilities to capture new customer applications and extend the services of the Managed Services production site to a broader set of end users.
  • Consult with clients as they design their documents to ensure optimal quality when digitally output.
  • Work with the client and site operations teams to improve the overall document lifecycle by increasing efficiency, lowering costs, or increasing the effective value of their documents.
  • Identify additional business opportunities that utilize Xerox people, partners, technology and solutions to enable the achievement of client's communications objectives.
  • Act as the point of contact to resolve any customer complaints while maintaining a high level of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Work with the client and the site operations teams to develop and implement Web Document Submission strategies.
  • Conduct Web Document Submission end user training and customer demos as required.
  • Provide ongoing administrative support for Web Document Submission software.
  • Identify and document best practices for successful site implementation and customer adoption of FreeFlow WebServices Software and share this information with the DPP DA community of practice.
  • Provide monthly performance reporting to the Document Advisor Office, site operations and client management teams.
  • At appropriate sites, monitor the status of FreeFlow implementations and quantify the effectiveness of these implementations against expectations.

    Requirements:

  • 2 year business school experience or equivalent business administration experience.
  • 2 year technical school degree in graphic design or a portfolio that demonstrates equivalent experience.
  • 2 years experience in digital reproduction environments.
  • Knowledge is required in all areas the document lifecycle. This includes: job/file design, use of industry standard design applications, file preparation for print including all common PrePress activities including web submission and workflow, knowledge of common Print methodologies (Web, Litho and Digital) document production and finishing, warehousing, and mail/fulfillment.
  • Project and account management experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite, Quark xPress, MS Office.
  • Direct mail experience a plus
  • Experience with personalization software a plus
  • Experience working in a pre-press environment a plus
  • Sales experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of iWay or Xerox FreeFlow a plus
