Position Summary:
Manage and support the day to day communication activity and publishing of content on the Corporate WebBoard.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Corporate Communications team and other key communicators to provide employees with timely and relevant information to keep our people informed and able to do their jobs efficiently.
Work with Executive Communications Committee to leverage senior management communication opportunities.
Publish articles on the WebBoard daily.
Refresh Spotlight, Key Messages, Did You Know, Podcasts and WebCasts on the established schedule for each item.
Oversee WebBoard sitelet publishing activities to ensure sites are consistent with new brand standards and within guidelines.
Support writing staff when needed for articles and TAX.
Work closely with XIM to develop requirements and deliver innovative technology to employees through the WebBoard.
Work with all our organizations to ensure the WebBoard is global in nature and is well balanced.
Support new technologies as they become available on the WebBoard.
Act as brand champion to support guidelines for WebBoard Communications.
Support key senior management announcements with professionalism and discretion.
Provide strategic support on page design.
Must have working knowledge of HTML and Photoshop.
Publish monthly WebBoard activity report.
Requirements:
Bachelors Degree, 5 years work experience.
Knowledge of Xerox policies and organizations, HTML and Photoshop proficiency.
Flash, DreamWeaver, RSS and podcast experience is a plus, understanding of Social Computing tools.
Pc Skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, powerpoint, Excel, excellent interpersonal skills, act as a team player, ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, high degree of initiative, independent action and discretion.
