Position Summary:
This is a fulltime, outside sales position offering excellent compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunities. This is a unique opportunity for the right candidate interested in joining a high potential organization.
Responsibilities:
Generate new business and grow current customer base
Achieve assigned sales quota by selling mostly larger printers and printing systems as well as reprographic machines
Aggressively promote Xerox solutions and services in assigned accounts while working with specialists and partners
Meet common goal objectives
Develop and execute account strategies using Xerox Account Management Process (XAMMP)
Conduct customer appointments and present Xerox strategy and direction to key decision makers
Perform product demonstrations
Develop written sales proposals using a computer database
Conduct written sales proposals for customer presentations
Negotiate close for sale and execute appropriate documentation
Identify, engage and coordinate appropriate marketing and technical support resources to assist in sale/customer retention
Follow order though out install ensuring 100% Customer Satisfaction in all post sale activities
Requirements:
3-5 years of successful reprographics/systems reprographics sales experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Personal computer (PC) literacy
Results-oriented, self motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation and customer care skills
Knowledge of industry color and monochrome applications
Knowledge of color and monochrome markets product positioning and competitive product and strategies
Knowledge of pre-press environments in graphic arts and in-plants
Color/graphic arts experience and knowledge of printers is preferred
