Position Summary:

Solutions Specialist drives sales of Xerox Channel Group's complete line of color and monochrome printing and multifunction office devices.
We are looking for a seasoned professional who enjoys working in a team environment with minimal guidance.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for engaging and partnering with other internal sales divisions, as well as external reseller and agent channels.
  • Must be capable of helping Xerox to achieve a dominant market share position by proven sales experience and comfort calling on Corporate accounts.
  • Responsible for ongoing development of new business relationships.
  • Individual must have a thorough understanding of end user accounts, with the ability to influence corporate standards within Fortune 1000 companies.
  • Requires adept sales ability and demonstrated proficiency in time and territory management.
  • Must have the ability to deliver annual sales quota.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills a must.
  • Generate demand for XCG products across the territory and influence the selection of Xerox devices as a corporate standard within targeted major accounts.
  • Assign sales quota for specific territory & variety of major accounts.
  • Must have capability to deliver annual sales target.
  • Requires thorough understanding of end user requirements in order to make recommendations to satisfy customer needs.
  • Must have excellent presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven sales ability and demonstrated proficiency in time and territory management.
  • Create end user demand by leveraging relationships of major resellers.
  • Keep senior management and factory apprised of competitive activity.
  • Professionally manage and maintain company assigned assets and customer trial inventory.
    Could be located in Portland, Seattle, Denver or any Northwestern major city


    Requirements:

    College degree, minimum 3 years sales or channel experience, strong product background, technical skills, general business skills, great organizational skills, public speaking, Microsoft Office skills, PC and web functions, and broad knowledge of computer industry, technology, and territory base is essential.
