Position Summary:

Responsible for leading the SQA effort for new printers and multi-function devices.


Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for assuring that adequate resources are allocated to support testing strategy, specifications are reviewed and adequate for test development, all tests are developed and executed as planned, and defect fixes are verified in support of product schedule and quality requirements.
  • Responsible for coordinating SQA team activities across multiple sites.
  • The SQA Lead will work closely with Program Manager, Product Integration Manager, Software Development Manager, SQA Managers and Engineers, and Customer Service Representatives to assure that product and software requirements are known, the SQA strategy is agreed to, and that barriers and issues preventing efficient and effective testing are resolved.


    Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate has been a member of project teams delivering turnkey and completely new embedded systems through all phases of the product development lifecycle, and that have met high quality standards.
  • Candidate should have at least a BS in Computer Science or other engineering discipline and 5 years experience leading testing and other SQA efforts throughout the development process.
  • Experience with multi-function devices a plus.
