Position Summary:
Prototyping complex sheet metal parts.
Responsibilities:
Design and fabrication of form tooling using MasterCAM, Vertical Machining Centers and manual lathes.
Setup and fabrication using both NC and Manual Brake Presses.
Welding, spot welding and fastener insertion also required.
Requirements:
5+ years of sheet metal setup on both NC and Manual Brake presses, MasterCAM a plus, CNC Machining a plus, Welding a plus.
