Position Summary:
Provide technical leadership as a Reliability and Test Engineer. Participate in the development of new products, including activities such as test planning, test execution, reliability analysis and quality analysis. Work closely with design engineering, service engineering and internal organizations to meet aggressive quality goals. Participate in internal process development to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Direct the work of technicians and operators. Strong team member.
Responsibilities:
Test design and planning.
Test execution
QA process development
Work with cross site reliability and test organizations to optimize roles and responsibilities.
Participate in the development of test strategy plans.
Participate in developing reliability projection methods.
Direct the work of lab technicians and contract operators to ensure a high quality work environment.
Requirements:
BS in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, MS preferred.
Minimum of 3 years engineering experience preferred.
Solid reliability and test experience in a modern development environment.
Solid understanding of reliability engineering principles.
