Position Summary:
This position is responsible for purchasing and managing the availability of materials and maintaining inventory levels for the service parts organization.
Responsibilities:
Expedite and track incoming shipments.
Manage part availability, schedule and fulfill customer orders from multiple organizations worldwide.
Achieve inventory dollar, availability, and turn objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience or bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management.
Knowledge of MRP systems required, Oracle and Xelus experience is a plus.
Purchasing and forecasting experience desired.
Ability to work cross-functionally with several organizations.
Detail-oriented, self-directed and ability to prioritize multiple demands.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
