Position Summary:

This engineer will primarily be responsible for monitoring Head Test Normalization and Audit Yields as well as Norm and Audit Process Development. Head Test is primarily responsible for prototype printhead yields, print quality specifications and delivery of heads to internal customers.
Head Test provides an essential function to other Printhead R&D Functional groups on performance metrics and design verification and robustness studies.


Responsibilities:

Hands on Test Development and Analysis.

Interfacing with internal customers.

Measurement System Development and Qualification.

Yield Improvement Problem Solving Efforts.

Managing Printhead Design Changes with respect to Print Quality performance and cut ins into prototype printer builds.


Requirements:

BS or MS in Engineering or Physics.

Strong Data Analysis and communication skills required.

Experience in SPC and Industrial Statistics (Design of Experiments) required.
