Associate Client Manager (Consulting) – eDiscovery & Litigation Consulting
As a member of the XLS Client Services team – Xerox Litigation Services' Professional Services & Litigation Consulting group – you will work closely with project team members, taking an active role in day-to-day activities and all phases of the engagement.
Associate Client Managers:
Gain an understanding of the litigation lifecycle, the e-Discovery practice, and major industry trends.
Gain an understanding of the work done and impact of XLS' services and offerings to our clients.
Learn the XLS application and all internal work-flow and tracking systems.
Develop critical thinking and analysis skills for routine issue resolution.
Draft & distribute daily status reports.

Requirements:
Qualifications
Excellent written and oral communication skills and persuasive ability. (Writing will be tested.)
Strong attention to detail.
Interpersonal skills necessary to communicate and follow instructions effectively from a diverse group of clients and colleagues.
Experience in setting priorities and concurrently working on multiple tasks within aggressive timelines and deadlines.
Team-oriented player also capable of working independently and taking ownership of projects without prompting.
Proficiency with standard desktop applications and internet browsers, as with MS Excel, Access and Word (office suite).
Bachelor's degree; advanced degree such as MS, MBA or JD a plus.
