Job Description:
This is a key position in theOffice Business in Xerox Distributor Group (XDG)responsible for the development and implementation operational initiatives and tactics to promote awareness and drive revenue and market share growth in theCaribbean, Central and South America Distributor Operations .
Working individually and in cross-functional teams, theOfficeChannel Managerwill be responsible for leading the execution of a comprehensive marketing and go-to-market planfor Low End Office Products and Related Office Solutions. Your main focus is todrive sales volume through resellers in the territory
This position will identify and implement appropriate routes-to-market within the segment and will leverage a full compliment of operational initiatives to drive marketing, training, sales support programs, promotions, communications, and channel incentive activities.
This position will orchestrate and lead in the creation and execution activities driven across the region as well as influence and drive segment-specific market development strategy, objectives, and define metrics to ensure that all marketing resources are aligned and focused on meeting and exceeding defined objectives and driving incremental revenue and market share growth.
The territory requires frequent travel to the Caribbean, Central and South America
Require fluency in English and Spanish.
Responsibilities include:
· Maximizing Xerox sell-through and the customer experience within an assigned geography.
· Develop strong relationships within each of Xerox channel partners resulting in improved execution and incremental sales.
· Motivate, coach & train an outsourced team to accomplish Xerox revenue & share goals.
Selling
Meet or exceed shipment, sell-through and profit targets within assigned geography across all accounts
Enhance Xerox brand image in the market through flawless execution.
Drive mind, shelf and market-share within assigned geography
Leverage accounts and regional regional relationships to drive sales.
Market Business Planning & Optimization
Align and execute Xerox business objectives, seasonal plans, and strategies at the country level
Leverage all tools/resources to beat competition & deliver a great customer experience
Balance resources according to budgetary and market/competitive environment changes
Analyze and create business plan based on sell-through & market-share information, competitive threats & business opportunities
Understand industry and competitive environment
Training
Accountable for planning and delivery of reseller training activity
Collaborate with internal/external resources to execute training delivery
Financial ManagementResponsible for sales volume, budgets, revenues, quotas.
Requirements:
Candidate Profile
Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or Master's (graduate) degree in Business Administration or Marketing
Industry Experience and Contacts
5+ years' market development experience
Fluent in English and Spanish
