Job Description:
This is a key position in theOffice Business in Xerox Distributor Group (XDG)responsible for the development and implementation operational initiatives and tactics to promote awareness and drive revenue and market share growth in theCaribbean, Central and South America Distributor Operations .
Working individually and in cross-functional teams, theOfficeChannel Managerwill be responsible for leading the execution of a comprehensive marketing and go-to-market plan for Office Products and Related Office Solutions that drives Value for Xerox Distributors .
This position will identify and implement appropriate routes-to-market within the segment and will leverage a full compliment of operational initiatives to drive marketing, training, sales support programs, promotions, communications, and channel incentive activities.
This position will orchestrate and lead in the creation and execution activities driven across the region as well as influence and drive segment-specific market development strategy, objectives, and define metrics to ensure that all marketing resources are aligned and focused on meeting and exceeding defined objectives and driving incremental revenue and market share growth.
Responsibilities
Lead and drive ongoing channel/end-user marketing activities in partnership with Xerox Distributors in the region .
Assist Distributors with execution of operational initiatives by leveraging Xerox marketing expertise and resources and coordinate and leverage region-specific activities to ensure alignment with the overall region strategy and goals
Manage, launch and align competitive positioning and programs for Office Products and Solutions with a focus on creating highly compelling and differentiating value propositions that drive strong customer awareness and demand in combination with compelling channel differentiation with in business market/customer segment .
Interface with and influence field sales, channels, and other marketing organizations l to identify and take advantage of short-and long-term marketing opportunities driven under a unified approach.
Track, measure and communicate success metrics at the product, segment and campaign level to key organizational stakeholders.
Lead in the development of push/pull programs (customer and channel) that grow market share in defined segments and positively influence market perception, customer opinions and purchasing behavior.
Manage and perform Market Analysis identifying and refining target market segments and assess business opportunity based on market size and by identifying and addressing customer needs, behaviors, and buying preferences.
Review sales trend data to identify where Distributor sales force has been most/least effective and recommend actions to drive market share growth in targeted segment. Analyze market and competitive information to identify trends, threats, and opportunities in technology and segment markets. Identify impact and provide recommendations for adjusting marketing strategy regionally and globally

Experience
Proven knowledge of worldwide multi-tier channel models segment with knowledge of channel strategies, structures and processes, including distributor-reseller and Top-Tier VARs and System Integrators.
Proven experience in creating, planning and executing successful end-customer awareness and demand generation marketing campaigns.
Proven experience developing and delivering sales enablement tools and programs
Proven knowledge of outbound marketing strategies and tactics relevant to the solutions-oriented Enterprise networking market
Previous knowledge and experience with product marketing and business planning very helpful as is knowledge of project management fundamentals
Knowledge of LAN networking industry fundamentals, technology and market directions would be very helpful
Ability to translate technical features, functions & capabilities into clear and compelling business value/benefits to multi-level audiences within the end user organization would be extremely helpful.
Knowledge of sales processes including consultative, solutions-oriented sales activities is highly desirable
Profile
Bachelor's (undergraduate) degree or Master's (graduate) degree in Business Administration or Marketing
Industry Experience
5+ years' market development experience
Fluent in English and Spanish
Job is based in Miami, Florida (Limited Relocation is available for the role)
