Job Description:
Satisfy customer requirements by providing advanced DocuCare support to an account based in Laredo, TX. This Account Associate will be the primary interface with the customer in providing service to a large fleet of equipment. Collect equipment meter information and submit for billing purposes. Perform DocuCare maintenance and repair of high-frequency service call areas on specified equipment. Maintain DocuCare on-site parts inventory appropriate to client equipment population. Follow Xerox policy and procedures. Perform physical equipment and supplies inventories. Assign and apply asset tags to office equipment. Download and install printer drivers on end-user equipment. Provide pro-active service for networked office devices. Provide support for office asset reuse and redeployment. Transfer asset tag information to the asset tracking database. Electronically manage asset Move/ Add/ Change (MAC) activity using the account Asset Database. Provide all levels of administrative support to the client as it relates to the management of their office equipment assets. Generate activity and performance reports from application software. Schedule and coordinate asset inventory audits, transfer audit information to the Asset database.
Requirements:
Mechanical troubleshooting and repair.
Excellent customer service and communication skills either face-to-face, telephone, or email.
Technical troubleshooting procedures (fault codes, image quality).
Supplies Inventory Management applications.
Function, features, and capabilities of digital and multi-function devices.
Intermediate skills in MS Office-applications, internet navigation and uploading and downloading files, and using internet forms.
Understand and use network asset management application software.
Lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Read, write and follow basic English instructions.
Listen, understand & communicate effectively.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Utilize call handling / parts management and related web-based applications.
Customer service environment.
Basic copying, printing, faxing and scanning operations.
Vaild driver license and driving record that would allow use of company vehicle.
High School diploma or equivalent.
