Job Description:
Deliver business results for Departmental Digital, Professional and Office Color, and Light Production (4112, 4127). Act as a subject matter resource for Agent Sales Reps and Telesales Reps in addressing product positioning questions, customer objections and utilization of tactical actions within a defined geography. Deploy primary product strategies to leverage our connected, scanning, color and software solutions. Work with analysts as required throughout the sales cycle. Develop and support territory strategies to retain MIF and grow customer base. Travel in the field with Agent Owners and Reps. Conduct product and software demos and support product launches and customer events.

- Make sales calls in the field with reps on customers and potential clients.
- Support agents via list management of MIF: find the opportunity, increase awareness of potential. Assist in virtual selling with Agent Reps and Telesales.
- Prepare an effective management process that supports account management, strategies for Big Hits and inspection of Big Hit List.
- Develop and launch a competitive knockout strategy for your agents.
- Support new product launches and conduct training sessions. Demo certify reps on key new products.
- Establish a relationship and audience with agencies for opportunity reviews, strategy sessions and participation discussions.
- This position is based in Minneapolis, MN and will require some overnight travel.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years minimum of successful field selling and / or sales specialist experience.
- Knowledge and use of the following resources: FIC, technical and marketing hotlines, analysts, Contract Manager, RTM, BDM, supply reps, service and service management.
- Mandatory knowledge of systems tools: ValueQuix, IMP1 applications, CSA Tool, TCO creation, HMPs, Trades Made Easy, XTP, and FWSS.
- Excellent proposal writing and presentation skills.
- Thorough knowledge of the key products: Departmental (5665 - 4595), Pro Color (242/252/260 and various DFEs), Office Color (7675, 7665 and 4112/4127), including software (SmartSend, ScanFlowStore, Remark OMR as examples), supplies, services, TXC/third party, finishing offerings and solutions.
- Capable of presenting a print migration strategy.
- Can utilize RAK as part of the selling process.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
