As a part of the Xerox Global Services organization, Xerox Litigation Services (XLS) provides in-house counsel and their outside law firms an enterprise-wide discovery management process with services that mitigate risk, control costs, and allow you access to critical information, anytime, anywhere.
XLS is built on a unique combination of the most scalable, high performance discovery management technology and largest group of experienced discovery consultants and professionals in the industry.


Position Summary:

As the Business Development Executive, you will be expected to grow multi-account revenue, gross profit and client satisfaction. In addition, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic vision and strategy to deliver a multi-faceted services offering designed to address all aspects of the legal discovery process.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of sales or business development experience, ideally with broad-based exposure to and relationships with senior lawyers in major law firms and corporations. Candidates must have demonstrable success in revenue generation, with a history of consistently meeting and beating sales goals. The ideal candidate will come with domain knowledge about litigation and the discovery process, legal dpartments and litigation discovery processes, including eDiscovery and Discovery Management. Moreover, to bring XLS's full value to the client, you must be able to establish creditability with the client's decision makers. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish meaningful relationships across the legal community.

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the XLS Vice President of Business Development, the Business Development Executive will be responsible for the following:
? Generating new business opportunities and revenue within corporate and law firm account.
Developing and expanding relationships with senior attorneys in major law firms and corporations.
Working closely and cooperatively with all of the professionals in the client servicing members of the company.
Supporting the negotiation and coordination of contracting and delivery of client agreements.
