XLS is built on a unique combination of the most scalable, high performance discovery management technology and largest group of experienced discovery consultants and professionals in the industry.
Responsibilities:
Analysis of various input file types to extract information: PDF, TIFF, Excel, Word, MS Access, Document Load/Metadata Files; Outlook PST/MSG; Lotus Notes, etc.
Use of PERL to interrogate, analyze and ensure integrity of document information
Use of SQL to load database information
- Processing and movement of high volumes of files with maximum technical efficiency
OCR processing/troubleshooting
Work with client relationship managers to ensure customer expectations are met
Monitoring work requests and maintaining status information for operational reporting
Control and tracking of input media
Requirements:
BS Computer Science or related technical degree
Solid understanding of PERL/SQL/UNIX/Windows
Strong communication skills and active listening
Strong teamwork ethic – willing to jump in to assist others
Accountability, Ownership and Commitment to quality and deadlines
An independent worker who will take the initiative to ensure goals are met
Ability to work under pressure with changing objectives and deadlines
Creative problem solver with strong analytical skills
Highly reliable and organized with strong attention to details with ability to concurrently manage multiple tasks
Openings available for all shifts and weekends: please note your availability for 2nd, 3rd and weekend shifts
